Is this a provider's website?

No. IMB Services is an independent authorized retailer for Brightspeed, Kinetic, EarthLink and Viasat. We are not any of these companies and we are not an internet service provider. We check availability and place new orders; the service itself is provided, installed, billed and supported by the provider you choose.

Does it cost more to order through you?

No. You get the same plans and promotions available at your address. We're paid by the provider when we set up a new customer, which doesn't change what you pay.

Why don't you list prices?

Each provider's pricing and promotions depend on your address and change over time. We'd rather give you the real monthly price for your home on the call, including what happens after any promotional period, than publish a number that turns out to be wrong.

What if none of your providers reach my address?

We'll tell you plainly. We only recommend a plan that's actually available at your address and fits how you use the internet.
